By using AI Chart From Data ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

AI Chart From Data turns your raw data into beautiful charts and visualizations in seconds using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of specific output quality.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload data you do not have rights to use
• Generate content for harassment, defamation, or illegal purposes
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Resell API access or bulk-generate for third-party services without permission

4. Intellectual property

You retain rights to your uploaded data. Generated charts are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund requests within 7 days of purchase are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@symplyai.io for refund requests.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
